The Rainbow Room conducts business meetings at 8:00 p.m. on the second Sunday of each month. Announcements are generally updated after business meetings or periodically as needed.

At its April 10, 2022, business meeting, Rainbow Room members adopted the following policy for service animals by informed group conscience. The policy applies to in-person meetings and is effective immediately.
“Animals other than service animals are not allowed in meetings.”
The Rainbow Room has resumed limited in-person meetings at New York’s Church of Saint Mary the Virgin, located at 145 West 46th Street. More in-person meetings will be added to the schedule as new time slots and space are available.

Since the beginning of the Covid-19 (coronavirus) epidemic, AA’s General Service Office has suggested using other methods of communication, such as video chat, internet, or phone meetings, to support our Fellowship.
